Three-dimensional colloid mill manufactured by Suote
The colloid mill is composed of stainless steel and semi-stainless steel colloid mills. The basic principle is through the high-speed relative movement between the fixed teeth and the moving teeth. Except for the motor and some parts, all parts of the colloid mill product that come into contact with the material are made of high-strength stainless steel. In particular, the key moving and static grinding discs are strengthened. Therefore, it has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, making the processed materials pollution-free and hygienic.
Vertical colloid mill
The vertical colloid mill is directly driven by a specially-made long-shaft motor to drive the rotating teeth. It has a compact structure, light weight, and small floor space. It solves the problem that domestic small colloid mills cannot work continuously for a long time due to insufficient power and poor sealing performance. Its overall structure is delicate, with small size, light weight, and a reliable sealing structure, and it can work continuously for a long time. How to choose a colloid mill?
Look at the model: The size of the colloid mill model determines its output.
Look at the flow rate: The flow rate of the colloid mill is not constant. The flow rate changes of materials with different concentrations and viscosities vary greatly.
Circulation pipe: Suitable for materials with low viscosity that require circulating reflux grinding, such as soy milk and mung bean drinks.
Square opening: Suitable for materials with medium to high concentration that do not require reflux grinding, such as peanut butter and chili sauce.
