Sanitary safety valves and sanitary quick-install safety valves play a safety protection role in the system. When the system pressure exceeds the specified value, the safety valve opens, discharging a part of the gas in the system to ensure that the system pressure does not exceed the allowable value, thus preventing the system from accidents due to excessive pressure.
Working Principle
This series of safety valves calibrate a specific pressure by adjusting the compression nut of the spring. The calibrated pressure is a pressure value set to avoid equipment damage. Under normal working pressure, the valve is closed; when the system pressure exceeds the calibrated pressure, the valve opens. The pressure in the pipeline system is released, thereby protecting the pipeline and equipment. This valve also has a starting and opening device for CIP cleaning of the safety valve and its pipeline.
Safety valves are relatively special valves and have undergone strict calibration before leaving the factory. However, in order to make the valves operate more in line with the actual working conditions, the valves should be calibrated on-site as much as possible when conditions permit.
Structural Form and Features

Description of Sanitary Safety Valve
