This machine adopts suction sandblasting, which uses compressed air to flow at high speed inside the spray gun to create negative pressure and generate projection effect. The sand in the separator dust removal box is sucked into the spray gun through the conveying pipe, and then sprayed at high speed from the spray gun nozzle to the surface of the workpiece with the compressed air flow, achieving the purpose of sandblasting processing.

Machine construction:
Cold rolled steel plate
The machine is made of seamless welding of 3MM cold-rolled steel plates, with a surface painted and key areas in the sandblasting zone covered with silicone rubber
Auto Swing
The sandblasting gun is equipped with 6 spray guns, which are equipped with imported boron carbide nozzles of 8MM in size and 60 in length. The spray guns are fixed with a fixed gun frame and can automatically swing. The angle and position can be adjusted according to the user's product needs
