Operation of manual sandblasting machine:
A: Connect the power supply (single-phase 220V, 50HZ), turn on the power switch, the lighting will turn on, and the dust removal fan will start;
B: Place the parts to be processed on the workbench and close the work door;
C: Insert both hands into the work gloves, hold the spray gun with one hand, and grasp the workpiece with the other hand. Aim the spray gun nozzle at the workpiece to be sprayed; The spray gun can also be fixed on the bracket, and the workpiece can be held in both hands for relative movement under the spray gun to complete the sandblasting action;
D: Lightly press the foot switch, and compressed air will enter the spray gun. The abrasive will be sprayed from the bottom of the separator storage box into the spray gun according to the set amount, and under the action of compressed air, it will be sprayed at high speed onto the surface of the workpiece being processed;
E: During the sandblasting process, on the one hand, it is necessary to maintain an appropriate spraying distance and angle between the spray gun and the workpiece, and on the other hand, to make relative movement between the spray gun and the workpiece, so that the workpiece is uniformly subjected to abrasive spraying processing until satisfactory results are achieved;
F: After processing, the foot must be moved away from the foot switch, and the spray gun must stop spraying abrasive before opening the work door and removing the parts;
G: If further processing of parts is required, there is no need to turn off the dust removal box fan and lighting power supply in the middle; Otherwise, it will be closed;
H: After work, stop working and turn off the power switch, unplug the power plug, and disconnect the air source connector.
