Automatic Sand Blasting Machine Conveyor Belt Sandblaster with Abrasive Recovery System
This automatic pass through sand blasting machine is recommended for batch processing flat shape workpieces like steel plate, glass plate, phone shell, notebook mainboard, decorative pieces, aluminum profiles, etc.
This sandblaster mainly constructed with conveyor system, automatic blast guns, control system, driving system, abraive funnels, cyclone and cartridge dust collector. The recovered abrasive can be reused, saving cost.
Application
The automated sandblasting system with belt conveyor design is designed for continuous sandblasting of flat shape workparts, such as metal plates, glass plates, aluminum pan, phone shell, wooden panles, etc

Automatic Conveyor Belt Sandblast System Features:
1. The automatic sandblaster applies advanced electric and pneumatic control system, with a high degree of flexibility and
stability.
2. The angle of each gun rack can be freely adjusted to achieve automatic swing or point blasting.
3. The conveyor motor is controlled by frequency converter, whose speed can be steplessly regulated by inverter within the range of 0 ~ 2m/min.
4. Designed with cyclone separator for effectively separation of abrasives from dusts.
5. Independent cartridge filter dust removal system with excellent effect of dust extraction and ventilation. Environmental
friendly.
6. Four abrasive funnels at the bottom of the automatic blaster, ensures all used abrasives are recycled, reduce consumption and save cost.
