1.Definition & Function

 A transmitter manifold valve is an integrated multi-valve module specifically designed for use with pressure, differential pressure (DP), or level transmitters. It is mounted directly onto the transmitter's process connections, serving as the critical interface component between the transmitter and the process piping. Its core function is to provide a safe and efficient operational procedure for isolating the transmitter, performing zero calibration, conducting online maintenance, and venting/draining the impulse lines without interrupting the process flow.

2-Valve ManifoldComprises two isolation valves only, with no equalizing valve.Used with pressure or absolute pressure transmitters. Primarily for single-pressure measurements.
