The Pipeline Emulsification Pump utilizes turbulent flow generated in the narrow gap between a single-stage mesh screen and the rotor to subject materials to high-speed, intense hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, impact, and grinding. This process achieves continuous dispersion, emulsification, and pulverization of the materials. The stator-rotor assembly consists of a mesh screen (with hole size customized according to material properties) combined with blades.
All components in the working zone are made of stainless steel, with the main shaft constructed from special-grade stainless steel. The standard model employs mechanical seals, but packing seals are available upon user request. The equipment's structure can also be designed and manufactured to accommodate feasible, user-specific operational conditions.
The machine features a simple overall structure, compact size, lightweight design, low noise, and smooth operation. Its most significant characteristic is that it operates without grinding media, integrating the functions of dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, pulverization, and conveying into a single unit.
II. Applications
This machine is suitable for industries including petrochemicals, pigments, dyes, coatings, pharmaceuticals, oil-water emulsification, fine chemicals, and food & beverages.
(Solid & Liquid): Efficiently disperses and dissolves high-viscosity suspensions and those with high solid content.
(Liquid & Liquid): Emulsifies oils, water, and agents; disrupts cell tissues.
(Gas, Liquid, Solid): Facilitates absorption, dissolution, and mixing/dispersion for extraction processes. It also possesses a certain capacity for elevated-position conveying.
Emulsification pumps are classified into: single-stage, two-stage, and three-stage emulsification pumps.
