Uses of hydraulic oil filter elements:
During the use of industrial hydraulic oil, some impurities will be mixed in for various reasons. The main impurities include mechanical impurities, water, and air. These impurities will accelerate corrosion, increase mechanical wear, reduce work efficiency, deteriorate the oil quality, and shorten the service life of the equipment. In severe cases, it may cause oil pipeline blockage and lead to production accidents. Filtration of hydraulic oil for concrete pumps, filtration of hydraulic oil for construction machinery, and filtration of hydraulic oil for hydraulic stations.
Parameter characteristics: Hydraulic oil filter elements are used to protect specific components in the hydraulic system. They are installed upstream of the components to be protected in the medium-pressure pipeline to filter out solid particles and colloidal substances in the working medium, effectively control the pollution degree of the working medium, and enable the components to work normally. Hydraulic oil filter elements are mainly made of stainless steel woven mesh, sintered mesh, and iron woven mesh. Since the filter materials used are mainly glass fiber filter paper, chemical fiber filter paper, and wood pulp filter paper, they have the characteristics of concentricity, high pressure resistance, good straightness, stainless steel material, no burrs, and long service life. Their structure is made of single or multiple layers of metal mesh and filter materials. In specific use, the number of layers and the mesh number of the wire mesh are determined according to different use conditions and purposes.
Scope of application of hydraulic oil filter elements:
1. Used for the filtration of hydraulic systems of steel rolling mills and continuous casting machines and the filtration of various lubrication equipment.
2. Petrochemical industry: Separation and recovery of products and intermediate products in the refining and chemical production processes, liquid purification, purification in the manufacturing of magnetic tapes, optical discs, and photographic films, and filtration of particles in oilfield injection water and natural gas.
3. Textile industry: Purification and uniform filtration of polyester melt during the drawing process, protective filtration of air compressors, and removal of oil and water from compressed air.
4. Electronics and pharmaceutical industry: Pretreatment filtration of reverse osmosis water and deionized water, and pretreatment filtration of cleaning solutions and glucose.
5. Machining equipment: Purification of lubrication systems and compressed air of papermaking machinery, mining machinery, injection molding machines, and large precision machinery, and dust recovery filtration of tobacco processing equipment and spraying equipment.
6. Railway internal combustion engines and generators: Filtration of lubricating oil and engine oil.
7. Automobile engines, construction machinery, ships, and heavy-duty vehicles: Various hydraulic oil filters.
8. Thermal power and nuclear power: Purification of oil in the lubrication systems, speed control systems, and bypass control systems of steam turbines and boilers, and purification of feedwater pumps, fans, and dust removal systems.
9. Various lifting and handling operations: From construction machinery such as cranes and loaders to special vehicles such as fire trucks, maintenance vehicles, and handling vehicles, ship cranes, anchor windlasses, blast furnaces, steelmaking equipment, ship locks, and ship door opening and closing devices.
