Types of stainless steel pipes: The rolling method is divided into hot-rolled, hot-extruded and cold-drawn (rolled) stainless steel pipes. According to the metallographic structure of stainless steel, it is divided into semi-ferritic semi-martensitic stainless steel pipes, martensitic stainless steel pipes, austenitic stainless steel pipes, austenitic-ferrite iron stainless steel pipes, etc. Stainless steel pipe specifications and appearance quality: A. According to the provisions of GB14975-94 "Stainless Steel Seamless Steel Pipe", the usual length of steel pipe (indefinite size) hot-rolled steel pipe is 1.5~10m, and the hot-extruded steel pipe is equal to or greater than 1m. If the wall thickness of cold-drawn (rolled) steel pipe is 0.5~1.0mm, it is 1.0~7m; if the wall thickness is greater than 1.0mm, it is 1.5~8m. B. There are 45 kinds of hot-rolled (hot-extruded) steel pipes with a diameter of 54~480mm; there are 36 kinds of wall thickness of 4.5~45mm. There are 65 kinds of cold-drawn (rolled) steel pipes with a diameter of 6~200mm; a total of 39 kinds of wall thicknesses of 0.5~21mm. C. There should be no cracks, folds, cracks, cracks, folding, delamination and scarring defects on the inner and outer surfaces of steel pipes, which should be completely eliminated (except for pipes for machining), and the wall thickness and outer diameter should not exceed the negative deviation after removal. Other minor surface defects that do not exceed the allowable negative deviation can not be removed. D. Allowable depth of straight road. E. Both ends of the steel pipe should be cut at right angles and burrs should be removed. Manufacturing process of stainless steel seamless pipe: 1. Hot rolled (extruded seamless steel pipe): round tube billet → heated→ perforated→ three-roll oblique rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion→ detube→ sizing (or reducing) → cooling→ straightening→ hydrostatic test (or flaw detection) → marking→ The raw material for rolling seamless pipes in storage is round tube blanks, which are cut and processed by the cutting machine with a length of about 1 meter, and sent to the furnace for heating through conveyor belts. The billet is sent into the furnace for heating at a temperature of about 1200 degrees Celsius. The fuel is hydrogen or acetylene. Temperature control in the furnace is a key issue. After the round tube billet is released from the furnace, it must be pierced by a pressure perforator. Generally, the more common perforator is the conical roller perforator, which has high production efficiency, good product quality, large perforation expansion, and can pierce a variety of steel grades. After perforation, the round pipe billet is successively rolled by three rolls of oblique, continuous rolling or extruded. After extrusion, it should be detubed and sized. The sizing machine rotates into the steel embryo at high speed through a conical drill bit to punch holes to form a steel pipe. The inner diameter of the steel pipe is determined by the length of the outer diameter of the sizing machine drill bit. After the steel pipe is sized, it enters the cooling tower and is cooled by water spraying. 2. Cold-drawn (rolled) seamless steel pipes: round pipe billets → heating→ perforation→ heading→ annealing→ pickling→ oiling (copper-plating), →multi-pass cold-drawn (cold-rolled), → billet pipes→ heat treatment→ straightening→ hydraulic testing (flaw detection), → marking→ warehousing. The rolling method of cold-drawn (rolled) seamless steel pipes is more complex than that of hot-rolled (extruded seamless steel pipes). The first three steps of their production process are basically the same. The difference is that from the fourth step, after the round pipe billet is hollowed, it must be headed and annealed. After annealing, it should be pickled with a special acidic liquid. After pickling, oil is applied. Then it is followed by multiple rounds of cold drawing (cold rolling) and special heat treatment. After heat treatment, it must be straightened. After the steel pipe is straightened, it is sent to the metal flaw detector (or water pressure test) by the conveyor belt for internal flaw detection. If there are cracks, bubbles and other problems inside the steel pipe, it will be detected. After the steel pipe quality inspection, it must also pass strict manual selection. After the steel pipe quality inspection, it is sprayed with paint with the number, specification, production batch number, etc. And it is lifted into the warehouse by crane.
