French ABE MIXWEL/MIXWEL plus Homogenizer/Patting Homogenizer
Alliance-Bio-Expertise, a French company, referred to as ABE, originated from the technical and management teams of the former AES, Jouan, and AWEL. With its more than twenty years of rich experience in the R & D and production of automated microbiological instruments and equipment, it has developed and produced a series of automated microbiological detection instruments, including automatic weight dilutors, patting homogenizers, air samplers, culture medium preparers, automatic culture medium dispensers, automatic liquid dispensing systems, etc. These are essential choices for standardizing modern microbiological laboratory testing.
ABE MIXWEL Homogenizer
Technical Features:
The chamber is made of 304L stainless steel.
It uses a patented pendulum-type patting method. The upper end of the pedal is fixed to press the bag mouth, and the pedal uses the pendulum-type patting method, resulting in better homogenization effect.
Applicable homogenization bag capacity: 50 - 400 mL
The patting time can be preset in six adjustable levels: 30, 60, 90, 120, 180, 400 seconds;
It is equipped with a low-noise motor, and the whole machine is treated for noise reduction. The patting noise is as low as 54dbA;
The front door is easy to disassemble without any tools and easy to clean;
The waste collection tray is integrated with the front door;
Protection device: It automatically cuts off the operation when encountering an obstacle to protect the equipment

The preset beating time has six adjustable levels: 30, 60, 90, 120, 180, 400 seconds;
The beating speed has three adjustable levels, with a speed of 520 beats/minute;
It is equipped with a low-noise motor, and the whole machine is noise-reduced. The beating noise is as low as 48dbA ;
