I. Product Introduction:
The cable float level switch is designed based on the principles of gravity and buoyancy, with a simple and reasonable structure. It mainly includes a float body, a large-capacity micro switch installed inside the float body, a driving mechanism that can switch the switch on and off, as well as a three-core cable and a weight connected to the switch.
II. Measurement principle:
The cable float level switch is a liquid level signal device that uses the built-in point in the float to send signals. The ball is sealed with a sliding magnetic ring and a reed switch contact, and its lead wire is a three-core rubber-sheathed flexible cable. When the liquid reaches a given position, the float flips quickly, and the magnetic ring makes the contact act. The fixed position and action range of the float can be adjusted as needed.
