Overview
The intelligent flow totalizer adopts advanced microcomputer chips and technologies. It can be used in conjunction with various flow sensors or transmitters, temperature sensors or transmitters, and pressure transmitters to measure and display, accumulate and calculate, alarm and control, transmit and output, collect data, and communicate for flow parameters of various liquids, steam, general gases, etc.
2.Energy parameter
(1) Flow input signal:
Receives 0~10 mA, 4~20 mA current signals from differential pressure transmitters and electromagnetic flowmeters, or 0~5000 Hz frequency signals from vortex flowmeters.
Note: ① Standards for frequency signals: V_low ≤ 1V, V_high ≥ 5V;
② Range of received frequencies: 0～5000Hz;
(2) Pressure input signal (compensation signal):
Receives a current signal of 0~10 mA or 4~20 mA from the pressure transmitter.
(3) Temperature input signal (compensation signal):
Accepts 0~10 mA or 4~20 mA current signals from temperature transmitters, and can also receive resistance signals from Pt100 platinum resistors.
(4) Output signal (to be equipped according to user's order requirements):
According to the change of instantaneous flow and the set upper and lower limits of flow, the corresponding 4~20mA current is output.
(5) Measurement accuracy: Accuracy class 0.5;
(6) Communication function (to be equipped according to user's order requirements):
Equipped with RS485 or RS232 communication interface and lightning protection.
