Homogenization is a process of treating a suspension (or emulsion) system to make the dispersed particles fine and uniform. This treatment simultaneously reduces the size of the dispersed particles and improves their uniform distribution.

Product advantages:
① Structural Features: Single ceramic plunger drive, precise control of discharge flow. Optional plunger lubrication device for longer seal service life.
② Homogeneous pressure: The maximum design pressure is 200MPa/2000bar/29000psi, and a sanitary digital diaphragm pressure gauge is selected.
③ Homogeneous flow: With a minimum sample size of 25ml, it is particularly suitable for the production of expensive pharmaceuticals. It features automatic material suction, eliminating the need for feeding equipment.
④ Component Technology: The homogeneous valve seat assembly can be made of materials such as zirconia, tungsten steel, diamond, and stellite, with single/double-sided processing. When used on both sides, the service life is doubled. The secondary valve disperses and emulsifies, ensuring a more uniform distribution of materials.
⑤ Energy-saving technology: The equipment features variable frequency control and can be used by connecting to 220V mains power. Imported brand components ensure greater stability, lower energy consumption, and a higher energy efficiency ratio.
