Specifically designed to provide industry-leading user-friendliness and rugged construction, the machine delivers clear images for accurate and repeatable Vickers, Rockwell and Brinell hardness test measurements in the laboratory as well as in original production environments. It is ideal for educational institutions such as technical schools, universities and multifunctional general workshops.
The machine comes standard with an 8-inch LCD touch screen, CCD camera (optional), automatic measurement software (optional) and consumables for all 3 testing methods, providing a turnkey solution for your hardness testing needs.

3. Closed-loop system with high-precision weighing sensor, force sensor and force feedback system, no need to install weights;
4. Lighting: Integrated LED lighting for test point lighting;
5. Manual or automatic measurement of Vickers and Brinell indentation is optional;
6. Automatic test force correction and force compensation to ensure high accuracy and stability of measured values;
7. With hardness conversion function;
8. The Rockwell hardness testing function has the ability to automatically correct the radius of curvature;

Model HST-HBRV187.5STE is a multifunctional Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers integrated hardness testing machine. To cover a variety of hardness testing methods, a wide test force range is designed: from 3 kg to 187.5 kg to perform hardness testing on many different materials and components in various industries.
