Features
1. The machine body and workbench adopt precision processing technology, with solid structure, good rigidity, precision, reliability and durability;
2. The test mechanism adopts high-precision spoke-type pressure sensor; the loading device has built-in precision pressure sensor, the test force value is accurate, stable and reliable, and has the function of automatic test force compensation.
3. Gantry frame, large movable workbench, maximum movable distance 1000mm
4. Three pressure heads and double objective lenses are installed on the same turret and can be automatically converted;
5. The self-developed gantry electronic Brinell hardness tester special CNC system is adopted, with fast running speed, full closed-loop from fast to slow gradient test force, ensuring that the test force is applied smoothly without impact;
6. The contemporary advanced high-speed microprocessor is adopted, with fast instantaneous response, ensuring that the test force accuracy is stable within ±1%;
7. The test force and loading saturation time can be manually adjusted and controlled;
8. Servo motor, high-precision ball screw and linear guide, accurate positioning and easy maintenance.
9. The image processing system can capture the indentation, automatically display the Brinell hardness value, save the test data, and generate and print the hardness test report. It can also automatically convert the hardness value, and the test data is automatically saved in the database.
10. The accuracy complies with GB/T231.2, ISO 6506-2 and American ASTM E10.
Application instructions
This hardness tester can be used to measure cast iron, non-ferrous metals, various annealing, tempering treatments, and most factory-supplied steel.
It is also suitable for testing softer metals such as pure aluminum, copper, lead, tin, zinc, and their alloys.
The Brinell hardness tester has high measurement accuracy, good reproducibility and representativeness, and is an indispensable hardness measuring instrument for mechanical metallurgy and metrology departments.
