Products Description
1.Applications :
2.Technical Parameters:
HRA: use 60kg load and 120 diamond cone pressure into the product, and obtain the hardness value by pressure depth, for materials with very high hardness. Such as carbide carbide, shallow surface hardened steel, steel sheet, carbide, etc.
HRB: press 100kg load and 1.5875mm diameter steel ball into the product, and the hardness value is obtained by the pressure depth for materials with low hardness. Such as soft steel, annealed steel, regular steel, malleable cast iron, brass, bronze, aluminum alloy, etc.
HRC: use 150kg load and 120 diamond cone pressure into the product, and obtain the hardness value through the pressure depth, for materials with high hardness. Such as: quenching and low temperature tempering carbon steel, alloy steel, industrial (mold) steel, cold hard cast iron, titanium alloy, etc.
