The carbide chamfering inserts available on the market are mainly divided into two categories. You need to choose according to your processing equipment and precision requirements:
Indexable Inserts:
Features: Equipped with multiple cutting edges (usually 4 or more), eliminating the need to remove the tool when dull; simply rotate or flip the insert to use a new cutting edge, greatly improving tool change efficiency.

Solid Carbide Chamfer Mills:
Features: The entire tool is directly ground from a solid carbide rod, usually in a conical shape (such as 60 degrees, 90 degrees).
Advantages: Excellent rigidity, high precision, suitable for chamfering small holes or precision deburring.
Applicable scenarios: CNC machining centers, precision engraving machines.
