High-hardness AB mold adhesive can handle different types of injection materials and processing scenarios:
The characteristics of the materials that can withstand injection: such as the exothermic reaction of epoxy resin and PU resin (high-hardness adhesives have better thermal conductivity and can reduce thermal deformation), or the pressure impact of hard materials like cement and gypsum;
Support mechanical demolding or high-pressure injection: Molds with sufficient hardness can withstand the external forces of mechanical arm grasping and high-pressure injection molding, making them suitable for industrial mass production.
Better temperature resistance: Some high-hardness AB adhesives can withstand a temperature range of -50 ℃ to 200℃, making them suitable for both low-temperature injection materials and processes that require heating curing (such as resin thermal curing).
Easy demolding and high surface quality of the finished product
The surface smoothness of high-hardness mold adhesive is high, and after curing, it does not stick to most injection materials (such as resin, wax, gypsum).
When demolding, there is no need to overly stretch the mold. Just gently peel it off to remove the finished product, reducing the risk of product damage.
The inert (non-polar) nature of the mold surface makes the finished product surface smooth and clean, achieving a good appearance effect without additional grinding.
For structures with a draft Angle, the rigidity of high-hardness molds can prevent mold jamming during demolding, thereby enhancing production efficiency.
