Translation of Working Conditions and Core Parameters for Screw Air Compressors The working conditions of a screw air compressor must meet basic requirements for the environment, power supply, and intake air. Its core parameters cover three categories: performance, structure, and operation. Selection and operation must be accurately matched to actual working conditions. I. Working Conditions 1. **Environmental Conditions**: - Ambient temperature: 5℃~40℃ - Relative humidity: ≤85% (no condensation) - Altitude: ≤1000m (derating is required for operation above this altitude). 2. **Power Supply Conditions**: - Three-phase AC 380V/50Hz (custom voltages available) - Voltage fluctuation range: ±10% - Frequency fluctuation range: ±2% - Grounding resistance: ≤4Ω. 3. **Intake Air Conditions**: - Intake air must be clean and free of oil mist, with dust content ≤10μm and intake air temperature ≤40℃. - Avoid corrosive or explosive gases. II. Core Parameters 1. Performance Parameters (Core Basis for Selection) - **Displacement**: Unit is m³/min or Nm³/min (under standard conditions); range: 0.1~100m³/min. Must match air consumption requirements. - **Discharge Pressure**: Common range for regular working conditions: 0.7~1.3MPa; up to 1.6MPa for special working conditions. Must meet the pressure requirements of end-use equipment. - **Power**: Motor power range: 0.75~1600kW, including shaft power and input power. Affects energy consumption and operating costs. - **Energy Efficiency Class**: Classified into Grade 1 (energy-saving), Grade 2 (quasi-energy-saving), and Grade 3 (standard) in accordance with GB 19153-2021. Priority should be given to Grades 1 and 2. 2. Structural Parameters - **Rotor Parameters**: - Male rotor diameter: 40~845mm - Length-diameter ratio (L/D ratio): 0.9~2.4 - Tooth ratio (male:female): mostly 5:6. - **Main Unit Parameters**: - Single-stage or two-stage compression - Cooling method: Air cooling (for small and medium-sized units) or water cooling (for large units/high-temperature environments). - **Motor Parameters**: - Mainly asynchronous motors - Protection class: IP54 or higher - Insulation class: Class F - Rotational speed: 1500rpm or 3000rpm. 3. Operating Parameters (Key for Maintenance and Monitoring) - **Discharge Temperature**: Normal operation range: 75℃~95℃; maximum temperature: ≤110℃ (to prevent lubricating oil deterioration). - **Oil Separator Pressure Difference**: ≤0.08MPa for oil-lubricated units (replace the oil separator element if pressure exceeds the limit); no this parameter for oil-free units. - **Operating Pressure**: Must remain stable within the set range; pressure fluctuation: ≤±0.05MPa.
