Why do enamelled aluminium wires fail to bond properly?
During the use of enameled copper wire, cracking, patent leather or cracking may occur, it collectively referred to as adhesion problems for the following reasons:
1. The first coat of paint is too thin
2. The thickness of the paint is not uniform, one side is thick, the other side is thin.
3. Paint film thickness uneven at different courses.
4. The speed of the machine is not suitable, resulting in insufficient curing or over curing
5. The material problem of the insulating paint itself.
6.The diameter of enameled aluminum wire is not round.
That is all the reasons we often meet with the unqualified adhesion of enameled copper wire.
