Usage:

In addition, the use of steel plate pre-treatment shot blasting processing technology can enhance the efficiency of clean-up and also can be used to reduce labor intensity and the pollution of the environment. Our steel plate shot blasting machine has high automatic operation function by adopting PLC and other automatic control system.

Key technology and assurance measures we adopt for our steel plate pretreatment production line:
Workpiece conveyor system:
1. One of the roller sides has steel plate to arrange the roller, to load the steel plate material conveniently.
2. The whole workpieces conveyor system is frequency timing, not only to synchronously running, but also can individual operated.
3. The roller of Shot blast cabinet has special wear-resistant jacket.
Preheating cabinet
Preheating cabinet used high infrared ray eradiating type heating device can directly heat the steel work pieces. We can use gas burner directly to dispose moisture and oil or use electric, light diesel oil or gas to heat. This mechanism has adopted over heating protecting device and safety device to prevent exploding.
Shot blasting cleaning chamber
1. Workpieces detect devices are out of the shot blast cabinet to avoid the shot and powder dust.
2. With Switzerland +GF+ shot blast Wheel, shot blast quantity are large, the life of the blade more than 600 hours.
3. Workpiece height automatic measurement, can automatically adjust the open of the shot valve.
