Working principle of the hot plate type plastic welding machine: The plate type plastic welding machine mainly uses a temperature-rollable heating plate to weld plastic parts. During welding, the heating plate is placed between two plastic parts, and when the parts are pressed against the heating plate, the plastic to melt. After a pre-set heating time, the plastic on the surface of the parts will reach a certain degree of melting, at which point the parts are separated to both, the heating plate is removed, and then the two parts are combined together, applying a certain pressure and depth control. When the welding time and welding depth are reached, the entire welding process is completed. Configuration parameters 1. Area of the upper pressure plate: 520×240㎜; 2. Workflow: Put in the product's lower glue piece → the lower fixture sucked together → put in the product's upper glue piece → the upper fixture is sucked together → press the start button → the hot plate advances → the lower pressure plate goes up the upper pressure plate goes down (moving relatively at the same time) → hot pressing → the upper pressure plate goes up, the lower pressure plate goes down → the hot plate retreat → the upper pressure plate goes down, the lower pressure plate goes up → bonding → the upper fixture is loosened → the upper pressure plate goes up, the lower pressure plate goes → the lower fixture is loosened → take out the product The hot plate plastic welding machine adopts single-chip microcomputer (microcomputer) control technology, independently develops a screen control system and (OMRON) temperature controller, and all pneumatic components adopt brand-name products.
