Product Introduction:
CRT-01-E electronic axis deviation (round run-out) tester is suitable for ampoule bottles, mineral water bottles, beer bottles and other round bottle packaging round run-out test. This product conforms to national standards and "GMP" requirements, has a high degree of automation, has 3 level authority and printing function, can connect to the host computer, a wide range of application, convenient and durable, high precision. It is an ideal testing instrument for pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical packaging, food, daily chemical and other enterprises and drug inspection institutions.
Test method:
The bottom of the bottle is fixed on the rotating plate of the horizontal plate, so that the bottle mouth is in contact with the dial gauge, and the maximum and minimum values are read by rotating 360°, and 1/2 of the difference between the two is the vertical axis deviation value. The instrument uses the characteristics of high concentricity of the three-jaw self-centering chuck and a set of high freedom bracket that can freely adjust the height and orientation, which can meet the detection of all kinds of glass bottles and plastic bottles.
