Introduction
SG-03S digital polarizing stress meter adopts high-precision angle encoder to measure Angle, and the measured data is directly displayed on the display screen. It has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, intuitive and easy to read, no calibration, green and energy saving, etc. It is the best choice to replace the traditional dial stress meter.
Test principles
Glass products stress tester is the application of polarized light interference principle to check the glass stress or crystal birefringence effect of the instrument. Because the instrument is equipped with sensitive color sheet, which uses 1/4 wave sheet compensation method, so the instrument can not only measure the internal stress of glass according to the polarization field interference color sequence qualitative or semi-quantitative, but also can accurately measure the value of the internal stress of glass.
Features
Aiming at the traditional dial type stress meter and digital display stress meter, it has been improved to augment the measuring accuracy and application experience. It has advanced features such as high measuring accuracy, no need for zero calibration and green energy saving.
High precision measurement: this product adopts high precision absolute Angle encoder to measure, the measurement accuracy is better than 2nm.
LED display dual numerical display: the display window adopts a high-definition LED display, which can display the measurement angle and optical path difference values at the same time. Users can obtain the required data directly, and the measurement of visual and readable dark field of view requires no calibration. The absolute encoder is adopted, and the dark field of the polarization field is always at the zero Angle point, so there is no need for the user to calibrate the zero point, and the error caused by human calibrating the dark field is avoided.
Green energy saving: using more energy saving and environmental protection LED light source, energy saving more than 80% compared with the traditional light source.
