Test principle:
Rigidity: A specified force is applied to the center of the specified span of the needle being supported at both ends, and the deflection value of the needle is measured.
Toughness: Fix one end of the needle, apply a force from the fixed point to the specified span of the needle, first bend a specified Angle in one direction, and then bend a specified Angle in the opposite direction, and so repeatedly bend the specified number of times.
