The instrument is designed and made as per the industrial standard of People’s Republic of China SY/T5651 Technical Condition for Kinematic Viscosity of Petroleum Products. It is suitable to determine the kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products (Newtonian liquids) under a constant temperature (low temperature) as per the national standard of People’s Republic of China GB/T265 Petroleum products-Determination of kinematic viscosity of and calculation of dynamic viscosity.
