International standard (ISO)
ISO 15750 series: a general technical specification for steel drums, including the size and performance requirements of fully open drums (208L-216.5L) and closed drums (212L-230L).
Un certification requirements: the packaging of dangerous goods must pass the drop test (height of 1.2m) and the air tightness test, which conforms to the international maritime dangerous goods code.
Second, the national standard (GB)
Basic standard
GB/T 325.1-2018: Specify the general technical requirements of steel drums, including air tightness, hydraulic test and stacking test.
GB/T 19161-2016: For compound medium-sized bulk containers (820L-1200L), the material of inner container (HDPE), outer frame structure and vibration test requirements are defined.
Special standard
BB/T 0067-2014: The industry standard "Steel-plastic Composite Barrel for Packaging Containers" specifies the material (polyethylene), appearance and performance indicators (such as drop test and leakage test) of the liner.
