Structure and standard
structure
It consists of a steel outer container (usually a fully open or closed steel drum), a polyethylene inner container (wall thickness ≥0.6mm) and a sealing cover. The inner container should be free of bubbles and impurities and well welded.
The wall thickness of the outer steel drum shall not be less than 1.0mm, and the density of polyethylene in the inner tank shall be ≥ 0.94 g/cm.

QB/T 1233-1991 "Steel-plastic Composite Barrel" stipulates its manufacturing specifications, performance indicators and testing methods, which are suitable for containers of 20-250 liters, focusing on controlling the storage and transportation safety of liquid chemical products.
