Product Description：
The BTS200 is currently one of the most widely used methods for bearing life prediction research on the market, providing reference value for researchers studying bearing life prediction and accelerated wear processes, as well as for bearing design and development engineers.
This test bench is designed to allow you to use bearing housings and adapters with various outer diameters, enabling the testing of bearings of different sizes. At the end of the shaft supporting the bearing, an additional load up to 15000N can be applied on the bearing under its rated load, making it an experimental device for long-term bearing operation and early wear testing.

Basic Technical Parameters：
Main drive motor：3 KW servo drive motor, speed 0-3000 RPM, rated torque 35 nm, maximum torque 88NM, rated current 19.7A.
Electric cylinder loading actuator: ball screw 2505, diameter 25mm, lead 5mm; push rod diameter 45mm; effective stroke 95mm, radial and axial rated push and pull force 1.5 tons: speed 0-25m/s adjustable, electric cylinder configuration: standard 3 limit magnetic limit switches.
Support bearing box: bearings, two sets of single-row tapered roller bearings, model, NSK HR32011XJ, support shaft inner diameter 50mm, stepped design, surface quenching and hardening design, meet the deep groove ball, 6004, 6006, 6009 three bearing specification tests, and with oil temperature monitoring feedback, oil level gauge, centralized oil supply and oil circulation system, and settable temperature alarm threshold.
Test bearing：inner diameter20,30,45,60mm,Equipped with temperature monitoring feedback module.
Adjustable range of loading pressure:
Radial: Servo electric cylinder adjusted to 1500kg
Axial: The servo electric cylinder is adjusted to 1500kg, with automatic pressure maintenance, electric cylinder loading, and PLC closed-loop control mode.
Power supply:Input 380VAC, three-phase, 50/60 Hz.
