The X5032 Vertical Knee-type Milling Machine consists of a machine bed, base, knee, worktable, vertical milling head, main drive and speed change mechanism, feed drive mechanism, and electrical components. Its main features are as follows:

  1. The worktable moves along the saddle to achieve longitudinal movement; the saddle moves along the knee to achieve transverse movement; the vertical movement is realized by the knee moving along the machine bed guideways.

  2. The machine’s basic castings have high rigidity, enabling it to withstand heavy-load cutting operations.

  3. Both the spindle drive and feed drive adopt an 18-speed gear transmission system, providing a wide speed range and an extensive processing scope.

  4. The machine’s electrical control complies with the national standard GB5226.1-2002, enhancing safety and reliability.

  5. The machine has strong versatility and good interchangeability. It can be equipped with accessories such as an index head, rotary table, boring tool holder, and milling chuck to further expand its processing range.

  6. Wear-prone parts are equipped with backlash elimination adjustment devices, ensuring the machine’s precision and stable operation.

This machine is suitable for milling various planes, inclined planes, grooves, gears, etc., using various rod-type milling cutters, angle milling cutters, and face milling cutters.
