Rigid waterproof casing, also known as rigid casing, is a pre-embedded waterproof component used when pipes pass through walls, mainly used in basements and other scenarios where strict waterproofing is required and pipe displacement deformation is not allowed. Its main body is a steel pipe made of A3 steel, welded with waterstop wing rings and filled with oil hemp, asbestos cement and other sealing materials, compared with flexible waterproof casing, it does not have a rubber ring shock absorption structure, suitable for vibration and telescopic deformation environment.
The casing is divided into type A (steel pipe), type B (cast iron pipe/ductile iron pipe) and type C (ductile iron pipe) according to the applicable pipe material, and the wall thickness standard is based on the 02S404 atlas, the common specification is DN50-DN300, and the standard length is 200mm. During installation, it should be poured in the concrete wall at one time, and the pouring range should exceed the diameter of the wing ring by more than 200mm, and the top of the casing through the floor slab should be 20-50mm higher than the decorative floor. When the seismic fortification area is used, flexible connections should be added to the pipeline through the wall to compensate for the deformation.
