1. Preparation Before Use

  • Inspection: Before operating the LiJian - 4 Winch, carefully check all components. Also, verify that the automatic braking system is functioning properly by conducting a test run without a load.

  • Power Supply Connection: Connect the winch to an AC380V power supply. Make sure the power supply is stable and meets the winch's power requirements (5.5kW). Double - check the wiring to avoid any short circuits or loose connections.

2. Operation Steps

  • Control Mode Selection: You can choose between the control panel and remote control to operate the winch.

    • For the control panel: Locate the main power switch on the panel and turn it on. The control panel has buttons for speed adjustment (utilizing stepless speed regulation), forward/reverse rotation, and start/stop.

    • For the remote control: Ensure the remote control has sufficient battery power. 4. Safety Precautions

  • Automatic Braking: The winch is equipped with automatic braking when power is off. This feature prevents loads from dropping unexpectedly in case of a power failure, providing essential safety protection. Familiarize yourself with how this braking system works and ensure it is always in good working order.

  • Emergency Stop: In case of an emergency, use the emergency stop button on the control panel or remote control (if available) to stop the winch immediately. Always be prepared to act quickly to prevent accidents.

  • Working Environment: Operate the winch in a suitable working environment. Avoid using it in extremely harsh conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or extreme temperatures unless the winch is specifically designed for such environments. Also, ensure the working area is clear of obstacles and unauthorized personnel.

5. Maintenance After Use

  • Cleaning: After using the winch, clean any dirt, dust, or debris from the surface of the winch, especially from the motor, drum, and control components. This helps to prevent corrosion and ensures the winch remains in good condition.
