Redundancy Design Advantages: Supports 1-out-of-2 (1oo2) and 2-out-of-3 (2oo3) redundant configurations, and adopts Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) technology. This technology consists of three safety-identical system channels (excluding the power supply module, which features dual redundancy). Each system channel independently executes the control program and operates in parallel with the other two channels. A hardware voting mechanism performs voting and diagnostics on all digital inputs and outputs from the field, while analog inputs undergo median value processing. This design ensures the system remains operational even if one channel fails, significantly enhancing system reliability and fault tolerance.

Diagnostic Function: Equipped with comprehensive diagnostic capabilities to real-time monitor the module's health status. It detects various internal components and circuits of the module; in case of a fault, it immediately sends an alarm signal, enabling maintenance personnel to quickly troubleshoot and repair, thereby reducing system downtime.

Bit String Shifting Function: The module is equipped with a bit string shifting function, which allows flexible adjustment of the shifting mode and number of the bit string as needed.
