Functional features:
Wide-range power input: Supports wide-range AC input, such as 85-264VAC, and can also use high-voltage DC input
of 88-140VDC, which can be converted to stable output voltages such as 24VDC required by the system.
Redundant design: Single-module or dual-module redundant configuration is available. When the dual modules are
installed, the lower part serves as the main power supply and the upper part as the backup power supply, and it
supports hot plugging, which can ensure the continuous operation of the system.
Protection function: Built-in overload and short-circuit protection circuits can prevent the equipment from being
damaged due to overload or short circuit.
Status indication: The power status is displayed through LED lights, facilitating quick problem diagnosis.

The working principle is as follows:
Input voltage conversion: This module can receive a wide range of AC input voltages, typically between 85 and
264VAC, with a frequency of 50/60Hz. The module internally converts the input AC power into the DC power required
by the system through an efficient power conversion circuit, typically with an output of 24VDC, to supply power to
other modules in the 3500 series and ensure the normal operation of the entire system.
Redundant power supply mechanism: When two power modules are installed in the rack, the one located in the lower
slot serves as the main power supply, and the one in the upper slot acts as the backup power supply. When the main
power supply is operating normally, it supplies power to the system and simultaneously monitors the status of the
backup power supply. When the main power supply malfunctions, such as abnormal input voltage or internal circuit
faults, the backup power supply will automatically switch to work, taking over from the main power supply to supply
power to the system, thereby ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the 3500 series system and maintaining the
monitoring and protection functions of key mechanical equipment.
Protection circuit operation: The module is equipped with built-in overload protection and short-circuit protection
circuits. When the output current exceeds the set overload threshold, the overload protection circuit will be activated
to prevent the module from being damaged due to overload by limiting the current or cutting off the output, etc. If a
short circuit occurs at the output end, the short-circuit protection circuit will respond promptly and cut off the power
output within an extremely short time to prevent the module and other connected devices from being damaged due
to excessive short-circuit current, ensuring system safety.
The principle of status indication: Modules are usually equipped with status indicator lights (LED lights). These
indicator lights show the working status of the power module through different on/off states or colors, such as
whether the power input is normal, whether the output voltage is stable, and whether there are any faults, etc. For
instance, a green LED light indicates that the power supply is working properly, while a red LED light may suggest a
malfunction, facilitating the operator to quickly assess the module's operational status and promptly carry out
maintenance and troubleshooting.

Dimensions: It is designed as a half-height module, with dimensions approximately 120.7mm × 50.8mm × 251.5mm
(4.75 inches ×2.0 inches ×9.9 inches).
Weight: Approximately 1.39 kilograms (3.06 pounds).
Installation method: It needs to be installed in the designated slot on the left side of the 3500 system rack and can be
mixed with other half-height and full-height modules.
Working environment: The working temperature range is generally -40 ℃ to + 70℃, which can adapt to relatively
harsh industrial environments. The humidity requirement is 95% without condensation.
