Curing agent CN-1
CN-1 is a non-aqueous solvent emulsifiable polyisocyanate.It can be used in many pH-neutral emulsion adhesive polymer crosslinker, such as polyurethane, polyvinyl acetate,
acrylic and synthetic rubber emulsion. Crosslinking can improve the heat, water, solvent,
plasticizer-resistant of adhesive properties.CN_1 is suitable to various coatings require high wear
resistance.

Applying suggestion:
1.The addition of the curing agent is typically 3 to 5% of the Host (under special
circumstances can be added to 1- 10%), customers should test according to its own
technology need.
2.To mix thoroughly by using mechanical agitation.
3.After mixing shall be applicable for the period runs out. Applicable period is usually
a few hours. Because the chemical composition of the body being added are quite
different, customers should apply on their own tests.
Storage Packaging:
25kg iron packaging.Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse.
Curing agent is very sensitive to moisture which can react with water to form carbon
dioxide and insoluble urea. Therefore the containers must be well sealed well. Avoid
reacting with the moisture, solvent and water in the moisture container.
