TP3206 Matting Agent
Description
TP3206 Matting Agent is suitable for matting and drying of polyester / epoxy systems. A Special design matting agent to meet the requirements of adding after the dry mixing. It can provide about 5-20% gloss, and used in polyester/epoxy system.

Technical characteristics
1. Outdoor weather resistant polyester/epoxy systems for dry mixing applications with acceptable leveling and about 5-20% low gloss.
2. Selectivity to polyester resin.
3. The surface of the coating depends on the base recipe used and the corresponding process control, such as the appropriate particle size.
4. As with other dry mixing systems, in most cases the surface of the coating will show fine pores and bright spots.
5. Meeting the requirements of low-dosage and low-cost powder coating preparation.
6. It has good mechanical properties, color and gloss stability.
Usage & Dosage
First of all, prepare the appropriate base powder, and then add the total weight of 1.0-1.5% for the recipe in the mixer and well mixed.
Package & Storage & Handling
1. Polyethylene liner Kraft paper bag, net weight 25 kg per bag.
2. Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. Should be immediately closed after use, stay away from fire.
3. Based on our experience, this product is valid for at least three years at a storage temperature of ℃.
