Planetary Gear Reducer
WVRBR series
The planet arm and the output shaft are designed with an integrated structure to ensure maximum torsional rigidity.
The planet wheels are designed with full-rolled bearings to increase the contact area and enhance structural rigidity and output torque.
The gears are carburized and quenched to HRC62 with low carbon steel surface to obtain the best wear resistance and impact toughness.
Tooth profile imported software auxiliary design to obtain the best tooth profile to reduce noise
Adopted involute bevel gear design, allowing output torque to be high, more than 30% higher than straight bevel gears
High allowable input speed, more than 8 times higher than the straight bevel gear input
The involute bevel gear meshing tooth mark, after optimal optimization design, the contact tooth surface load is uniform, and the service life is long. The involute bevel gear meshing, after optimal kinematic error analysis and strict process control, to ensure high-precision operation clearance.
