Usage
Weigh 46.0g of this product, add 1000ml of distilled water, stir and heat to boil until completely dissolved, autoclave at 115℃ for 20 minutes, standby. Sterilized culture medium can only be repeated heating and melting once.
Note: The potato powder used in the medium contains more starch components, the medium is slightly turbid after sterilization, a small amount of white precipitate may appear, shake well and pour the plate can be. Before sterilization, heat and boil to dissolve the culture medium and then sterilize it to make it less prone to precipitation.
