Product usage: Used for selective isolation and culture of intestinal pathogenic bacteria.
Test principle
Bile salts were used to inhibit the growth of gram-positive bacteria. Crystal violet has killing effect on gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus, diphtheria, pseudomonas aeruginosa, candida albicans and epidermophyton, but has almost no effect on other Gram-negative bacteria and acid-fast bacteria. With lactose fermentation, the neutral red color distinguishes bacteria that decompose lactose from those that do not. Shigella is a colorless colony, translucent, smooth, moist, round, with neat or uneven edges.

Usage
Weigh 51.5g of this product, add distilled water 1000mL, stirring and heating until completely dissolved, divided into triangular bottles, 121 ℃ autoclave sterilization for 15 minutes, standby.
