Usage: During activity testing, dissolve the freeze-dried powder in 50mM boric acid buffer (PH8.5) containing 0.001% Triton X-100 and 1mM EDTA
Character: It is extracted from fermentation broth of Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Candida. White freeze-dried powder or gray white to brownish green crystalline or shiny transparent flakes. Almost insoluble in water, slightly soluble in alkaline buffer. Enzyme activity is inhibited by cyanide, with inhibitors such as Ag+and Hg2+.
Purpose: Biochemical research. It can catalyze the rapid oxidation of uric acid and finally produce Allantoic acid. Used to measure uric acid levels in serum and urine.
