Working Principle


CM592-DP is based on the modular design concept, mainly composed of a central processing unit (CPU), input/output interfaces (I/O), communication modules, and a power supply unit. The CPU adopts a high-performance 32-bit microprocessor with a main frequency of up to 200MHz, capable of quickly processing complex control algorithms and logical operations. The controller collects on-site sensor data in real-time through the I/O interface (such as analog quantities like voltage, current, and temperature, as well as digital quantities like switch status), converts it into digital signals, and transmits them to the CPU. The CPU processes and analyzes the data according to the preset control strategy, generates corresponding control instructions, and then outputs them to the actuators (such as circuit breakers, contactors, etc.) through the I/O interface.


In terms of communication, CM592-DP is equipped with dual redundant industrial Ethernet interfaces, supporting multiple communication protocols such as Modbus TCP, IEC 61850, and Profibus DP, enabling seamless connection with upper computers, SCADA systems, smart meters, and other devices.
