【 scope of application 】：
It is an advanced prototype which is based on the absorption of foreign small rolling machines and the digestion and transformation of domestic post-treatment technology. It is suitable for the detection of fabric dyeing and post-treatment effect and quality.
【Instrument Features】:
1. The pressure can be adjusted at will within 0.03~0.6MPa (about 0.3kg/cm2~6kg/cm2), and the reduction rate is selected according to the process requirements.
2. The working surface of the roll is 420mm, which is suitable for the detection of small batch and multi-variety dyed fabric effects.
3. Large section film cylinder, strong resistance to rail friction, automatic reset after power off, no left and right deviation, high reproducibility.
4. The roll is made of high precision nitrile rubber, with a length of 420㎜, a diameter of ￠130㎜ and a hardness of Shore 70°
5. Safety protection system, once the action, the roll stop and automatic reset.
6. There are 2 sets of pressure regulating valve and solenoid valve respectively. It is equipped with flushing system.
