[Instrument Uses]
The Absorbency Performance Tester for Diapers is designed to measure the absorption speed, rewet performance, and penetration resistance of diapers and similar products.
[Product Specifications Translation]
1. The test solution for the test is controlled by a peristaltic pump for liquid addition, ensuring the stability and repeatability of the liquid addition. The liquid addition accuracy can reach ±1%.
2. The heating method for the test solution (normal saline) adopts water bath heating, which will not have any impact on the performance of the test solution.
3. Test fixture for children's disposable diapers: 3 U-shaped bases, 3 sample holders, 3 standard liquid addition modules, 3 standard pressure modules.
4. Test fixture for adult disposable diapers: 1 U-shaped base, 2 standard liquid addition modules, 2 standard pressure modules.
5. All sample fixtures are precisely processed from high-transparency materials, facilitating real-time observation of the measurement process, being corrosion-resistant and durable.
6. The entire machine adopts a desktop structure design, ensuring stable operation and convenient mobile installation.
7. The main control is implemented by Mitsubishi PLC, which is accurate and stable.
8. It is controlled and displayed by a KUNLUN Tongtai touch screen.
