【Scope of Application】:
This instrument is used to measure the water permeability of various geotextiles under vertical flow conditions. It can maintain a stable water head (0–300 mm) and features a box structure with a water recycling system. It supports both flow meter and conventional constant-head measurement methods, as well as a variable-frequency flow control system.
【Compliant Standards】:
GB/T 15789, JTG E50, SL/T 235, ISO 11058, ASTM D4716.
【Technical Parameters】:
1. Head difference: 300 mm H₂O.
2. Holder inner diameter: 50±1 mm.
3. Test specimen thickness: 0.1–10 mm.
4. Flow rate range: 0–5 L/min.
5. Floor-standing design with a top-mounted water tank for testing high-permeability specimens.
6. Constructed with imported 304 stainless steel; worktable made of imported aluminum with sandblasted and oxidized surfaces for rust and corrosion resistance.
7. Water flows upward through the specimen, preventing bubble formation and ensuring accurate testing.
8. Equipped with four flow meters to control head pressure difference.
9. Flow control up to 5 L/min for measuring single-layer geotextile permeability.
10. Power supply: AC 220 V±10%, 50 Hz.
11. Dimensions: 1200×620×1750 mm.
12. Weight: 80 kg.
