【Instrument Features】:
1. Uses compressed air; silent air pump.
2. Positive pressure sensor for real-time monitoring.
3. Precision pressure regulating valve for stepless adjustment (pressure hold time/configurable).
4. Adjustable spray time; automated operation.
5. Clamping device for easy sample handling.
6. Sample loading/unloading: Ratchet torque wrench (13.6N.m), convenient & torque-controlled.

4. Test pressure: 0-20kPa (2psi) (adjustable). Set points: 1.75kPa (±0.5 kPa), 3.5kPa (±0.5 kPa), 7kPa (±0.5 kPa), 14kPa, 20kPa (±0.5 kPa).

8. Test medium: Synthetic blood (customer-provided).

10. Sample size: 75x75mm; Pressure area diameter: Φ57mm.
【Test Procedure】:
Secure sample on fixture. Spray 2ml/60ml synthetic blood (surface tension 0.042±0.002N/m) horizontally from 30.5cm distance using a 0.84mm ID needle at 16kPa/2psi pressure onto target area. Remove and visually inspect within 10s/60s.
