【Test Procedure】：
Secure the sample on the fixture. Spray 2ml/60ml of synthetic blood (surface tension: 0.042±0.002N/m) horizontally toward the target area of the sample from a distance of 30.5cm using a needle with 0.84mm inner diameter at 16kPa/2psi pressure. Remove and visually inspect within 10s/60s.
