Material description
N06022/HASTELLOY C-22 is a widely used nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy. It is a widely used nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy with good overall corrosion resistance. C-22 alloy has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. Because of its higher chromium content, C-22 is more resistant to corrosion than C-276 in oxidizing acids and acid solutions containing oxidizing residues such as dissolved oxygen, iron ions and liquid chlorine. The application range of this alloy is only smaller than that of C-2000. Most of the corrosive environments used in flue gas desulfurization systems and the most complex pharmaceutical reactors.

Corrosion resistance
N06022/Hastelloy C-22 alloy is suitable for various chemical process industries containing oxidizing and reducing media. Higher molybdenum and chromium content makes the alloy resistant to chloride ion corrosion, and tungsten element further improves its corrosion resistance. Hastelloy C-22 is one of the few materials that can resist the corrosion of wet chlorine, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solution. The alloy has remarkable corrosion resistance to high concentration chloride solution (such as ferric chloride and copper chloride).

Stainless steel Sheets Maintenance:
(1) Regular cleaning and maintenance
(2) Pay attention to prevent the occurrence of the phenomenon of surface scratches
(3) Use soap, weak detergent or warm water to remove surface dust, dirt
(4) In addition to the surface of the binder with alcohol or an organic solvent (ether, benzene)
(5) Use neutral detergent or ammonia solution in addition to surface oil
(6) With 10% nitric acid or abrasive detergent in addition to the surface of the embroider caused by the dirt.
