I. Product introduction
Asphalt pavement sealant is a kind of high bonding rubber asphalt sealant, which is made of high quality heavy asphalt with rubber resin as modifier, catalyzed and cross linked by chemical reaction.

The product is widely used in asphalt concrete pavement crack treatment, as well as cement concrete pavement crack repair and filling.

Iv. Performance characteristics
The rubber asphalt has high elasticity, good return viscosity and strong wear resistance. It can make the road surface crack bond repeatedly, can satisfy the need of crack deformation, and the aggregate keep strong cohesive force, good wear resistance 2-3 times that of ordinary pavement service life, and has a high tear resistance, high temperature in summer road not bask in soft, winter to 40 ℃ low temperature pavement embrittlement contraction, maintain good flexibility to reduce pavement crack again. This product is solid and easy to melt.

V. Construction method
1. Clean cracks and dust the cracks by blowing air machine.
2. Add the hot melt rubber asphalt pavement sealant into the container and heat it up to 180℃-190℃ to make the sealant melt thoroughly. Then pour it into the joint at the crack and wipe it flat with the marl knife.
