Asphalt Pavement Crocdile Cracks (mesh) Repair Patch
Product Brief Introduction
Asphalt pavement cracks repair paste is our company according to the actual needs of China's road maintenance independent research and development of a special asphalt pavement cracks (mesh) disease treatment materials. The product is made of high polymer modified asphalt as water-proof layer and bonding layer, and the surface is covered with flaky material made of basalt particles.
Product Feature
The self-adhesive layer of polymer modified asphalt can bond well with the asphalt pavement in the early stage of repair. Under the effect of subsequent traffic flow's rolling and rubbing, basalt particles can be effectively squeezed into the crack and integrated with the original pavement to repair the crack. After recovery, the road surface has the same or even better tensile and rolling properties as the new asphalt pavement, is not sensitive to climate change, and provides a durable sealing performance.
1.Basalt particles form effective contact with the road surface under the effect of vehicle crushing, which can effectively solve the sliding caused by vehicle braking.
2.Excellent adhesion, elastic recovery, high and low temperature resistance, good weather resistance.
3.Product clasification and specifications
Product classification: the construction method is self-adhesive; According to the applicable temperature, it is divided into three types: low-temperature type, cold-temperature type and frigid-temperature type, which are applicable to regions with minimum temperature not lower than -20℃, -30℃ and -40℃ respectively.
4.Specification: thickness 3mm, width 1.0m, length 10.0m. Special specifications can be customized according to user requirements.

Method of application
1.Repair large cracks: large cracks (crack width ≥3mm) are found in the cracks (meshes).
Crack repair agent and basalt sand should be used to repair first. Mix the clean and dry 1-3mm basalt with the crack repair agent according to the ratio of whetstone to 4:6. Pour the mixture into the crack and smooth it with a rubber scraper. Note that the crack should be filled and compacted.
2.Paste repair patch directly: cut the appropriate repair patch according to the area and shape of the crack part (the size of the crack repair patch should be larger than at least 100mm around the crack part to be covered). Attach cutting appropriate crack repair before paving on the need to repair the road surface basalt (up), from one end of the first remove the repair on the back of the isolation membrane, will repair paste on the road, and then from the other end up repair and remove the remaining isolation membrane (repair stick is longer, can from the other end of the roll, then jie isolation membrane while compaction). After the paving is finished, it can be compacted with the rubber press roller.
Packing Specification
The products are packed in plastic textile bags, each roll is 10 meters long and 1 meter wide. Ten squares per roll.
Cautions:
The road surface and cracks must be cleaned thoroughly before construction. Dirt, debris and plants in the joints should be cleaned. The road surface should be kept dry.
Summer construction should not be high temperature operation, repair paste should avoid high temperature exposure, otherwise the isolation film should not be removed at high temperature, appropriate morning or evening construction.
