1: Product introduction
The adhesive seam strip is the composite material specially designed for road crack treatment developed and produced by our company independently. It has many advantages, such as good adhesion, strong tensile strength, strong watertightness, good durability and low price, simple construction, etc
Ii. Usage of the product
It is suitable for the treatment of various cracks of cement, asphalt pavement and well cover, and can also be used for the treatment of cracks before construction such as sealing surface and lap joint.
Iii. Construction technology
1. According to the width of the pavement crack, the specifications of the tape used are usually 3cm, 4cm, 5cm and 8cm.
2. The cracks shall be cleaned without large protrusions, depressions, loose stones, oil stains or grease.
3. Keep the surface of cracks clean and dry, and it is recommended to fill cracks with width or depth greater than 1cm;
4. Remove the isolation paper on the back of the adhesive tape and stick the tape on the road flat with the crack as the center line. In case of irregular cracks, according to the direction of the crack tracking paste, no need to use a paper knife or scissors to cut the tape.
5. During the construction of the adhesive tape, it is advisable to tread lightly on the surface of the adhesive tape with flat shoes to strengthen the adhesive strength between the adhesive tape and the original road surface.
6. Traffic can be opened after the construction of adhesive tape is completed.
